I am Natasha Player. I am passionate about inclusion and under-representation connecting people from diverse racial backgrounds with the creative sector.

 

I believe by creating warm-human-centred-welcoming places, spaces, and experiences, people can feel a real connection to you as an organisation.

 

From my years of experience working in the sector as an artist, producer, programmer and change-maker, I discovered that the most effective way to start creating such connections is through having open honest conversations, curiosity and tolerant teams within organisations.

 

I facilitate connections and help to draw out people's mutual respect and understanding. My work comes from my extensive insight and network of the UK's diverse diasporas and international relationships, from Northern and Sub Saharan East and West Africa to East Asia.

 

I also love working together with others to encourage even further diversity of voices.
